Booking Terms & Conditions 

  1. Get 2 Events works as a booking agent for event organisers. We have no control over lineup changes or general changes to your break. Whilst we will try to help with any issues you may experience some things that are out of our control.

  2. All deposits and payments are non refundable, unless we should cancel the event for any reason

  3. Full payment for you booking must be received on or before the due date. Not meeting this requirement may result in you forfeiting your deposit and loss of your booking. 

  4. Should the event be cancelled for any reason Get 2 Events will offer you a full, partial refund or transfer of your payment depending on the exact circumstances.

  5. Get 2 Events is not responsible for loss of property, injury or accident that you may experience at your chosen venue.

  6. Get 2 Events normally has a representative available at most venues. However this will be at the request of the event organiser. 

  7. Additional charges may apply at your venue for certain services.

  8. Parking charges may apply at certain venues.

  9. You must present you valid ticket by way of a printed or digital copy upon arriving at the venue. 

  10. Some venues may require photographic identification I.e. passport, driving license upon arrival.

  11. Should you have a complaint regarding your chosen venue, in the first instance you must contact the venue directly.

  12. If you have any complaints whilst at your venue please ensure you speak to a member of the management team. If Get 2 Events have provided a representative they will assist you in rectifying any issues you may have. 

  13. Travel insurance is not included in any of our packages, we strongly recommend that you take this out to cover any eventualities. Should you require this we advise this be booked with an independent company. 

  14. Our organisers reserve the right to amend, cancel or change acts, artists and lineups without prior notice.
