‘The Annual Country & Western Music Festival in Brean is a 10-day event that takes place from the Thursday before the last weekend in September to the first Sunday in October.

Brean, Burnham-on-Sea is a popular seaside destination in Somerset and every year Country Music fans from far and wide gather to share and celebrate their love of a common interest, Country Music and Dance.

Running now for some 50 years, it all started at The Seagull Inn, then owned by Pontins, back in the early 70’s. Since then it has grown to encompass the entire town with every bar, clubhouse, and music venue being filled with UK Country Music Acts.

Likewise, the many holiday parks, chalets, caravan & camping sites, b&b’s, guest houses, inns, and small hotels are mostly made available to those that have embarked on the pilgrimage, some coming for a few days, some for the whole thing, but all enjoying the sensational and sometimes surreal atmosphere created by those revelling in the festivities.

This year, after a few years of non-participation, Pontins is back in the game. Offering the two largest venues of the festival and the very best of the UK’s top Country Music Acts, most of which are exclusive to Pontins guests.
